वर्धामधील सावंगी येथील आचार्य विनोबा भावे रूग्णालयात एक करोनाबाधीत रूग्ण आढळून आल्याने खळबळ उडाली आहे.  हा  रूग्ण उपचारासाठी वाशिम जिल्ह्यातून शनिवारी दाखल झाला होता. त्याची तपासणी झाल्यानंतर तो करोनाग्रस्त असल्याचे रात्री स्पष्ट झाले. कोविड रूग्णालय म्हणून मान्यता असलेल्या सेवाग्रामच्या रूग्णालयात त्याला आता दाखल करण्याची तयारी सुरू आहे.
या रूग्णालयात करोना संशयीतांची तपासणी होत असते. तपासणीत या रूग्णाला सकारात्मक लक्षणे आढळून आली होती. तो सावंगीच्या रूग्णालयात उपचारार्थ दाखल झाला होता. सावंगी येथे यवतमाळ व अन्य जिल्ह्यातून विविध उपचारासाठी रूग्णांची गर्दी होत असल्याने रूग्णालय प्रशासनाने त्याबाबत आक्षेप घेतला होता. मात्र जिल्हा प्रशासनाने रूग्णांची तपासणी टाळू शकत नसल्याचे स्पष्ट केल्याने अखेर रूग्णालयाला बाहेर जिल्ह्यातून येणाऱ्या रूग्णांची तपासणी सुरूच ठेवावी लागली. जिल्हा शल्य चिकित्सक डॉ. पुरूषोत्तम मडावी यांनी सदर रूग्णावर सेवाग्रामच्या रूग्णालयात उपचार करण्यात येणार असल्याचे नमूद केले.

* Two days complete lockdown in Wardha district *

Wardha Day 10: - Due to the death of a corona infected patient in Arvi taluka, all the persons who came in contact with this patient are being discharged.  As a precautionary measure, District Collector Vivek Bhimnawar has ordered to keep the entire Wardha district closed for two days on May 11 and 12.

A corona-infected patient was found in Wardha district, which is still in the green zone, on May 10. The district collector had approved to keep most of the shops in the district open as it is a green zone.  But the report of the dead patient woman has concluded that the corona is infected.  Against this backdrop, the entire Wardha district has been ordered to be closed by the Collector.  All government offices will be closed except for government departments that provide essential services in disaster management.  Also, all shops, businesses, industries and transport in the district will remain closed.  The district collector also said in the order that only hospitals and drug stores would remain open.
